Fortnite has been adding a lot more famous characters from gaming recently, especially from edgier titles. If the current leaks are to be believed, it seems that developer Epic Games is doubling down on this investment, with a new rumor about potentially two new skins from The Witcher coming to the game.

According to HYPEX, content creators received notice that they would be getting two skins in Fortnite tomorrow. They allege that one upcoming skin is known to be Ciri, but speculate that the second could be Geralt, although that breaks Epic’s previous commitments to battle pass exclusivity. Regardless, it seems like the developer received a positive response to the collab that started last December.

With Geralt already being a cosmetic inside of the battle royale, it seems more likely that it would be one of the other iconic characters from the series, if true. Some characters that might be received positively, in addition to Ciri, include:

  • Yennefer of Vengerberg
  • Vesemir
  • Triss Merigold
  • Dandelion

The game could also add a different variation of Geralt, as they have with superheroes, if they wanted to, but it seems much more likely that we’ll be getting a different character entirely. Epic hasn’t been shy about doing events when it comes to new skins lately, so we could also get a similar website event or in-game quests that unlock rewards.

It could also just be two new skins unrelated to The Witcher, but according to these data miners, we won’t have to wait long to find out.
