How to Get Harlequin in Anime Last Stand – All Stats, and How to Evolve
Harlequin can only be acquired by summoning him from the Ultimate Banner, also known as Banner 3 from World 2 in Anime Last Stand. There is a 5% chance of obtaining him, and there is no Mythic pity available on Banner 3, so you can’t rely on that either.

Harlequin is an air unit, so he can only be placed somewhere, not on the ground. His element is Light/Holy, which allows him to deal 1.5x damage to Dark/Demonic units.
