Apex Legends, the hit battle royale from Respawn, has just released a cinematic trailer for some of the key upcoming cosmetics that players can earn in the Arsenal Battle Pass. This includes new legendary skins for Horizon and Wattson, emotes, holo-sprays and more.

The new season of Apex Legends, Arsenal, will launch tomorrow on May 9th, 2023. You can watch the new Arsenal Battle Pass trailer on the Apex Legends YouTube channel:

Arsenal will add some decent content, including map changes and the new legend Ballistic, who got a dedicated character trailer last week. Also, fans got the chance to vote on the LTM that would be used for Arsenal’s first in-game event, and the polls just closed today.

Cosmetics will hardly compare to content like that, but they continue to build a serious profit thanks to some steep pricing. And every now and then, the designs can get pretty creative. There are some cute charms, holo-sprays, and emotes, and the battle pass badge is appropriately elegant.

Surprisingly, Wattson’s legendary “System Shock” was probably the real highlight in today’s trailer. Her new outfit sort of resembles her cyberpunk cosmetic, but System Shock is a little cleaner and even more mechanical. It partly borrows elements from Crypto’s personality, and the purple theme offers a nuanced color palette.

Horizon’s “Singularity Specialist” is more of a simple curiosity. It doesn’t add very much compared to her usual spacefaring look, aside from an interesting blonde hairdo. This cosmetic would be easy to miss in the midst of battle, and feels more like an Epic.

Fans got a brief glimpse of some Ballistic cosmetics, including a skin and emote, though neither will impress. Instead, it’ll be best to wait until his basic legendary outfits are revealed for some real personality.
