Azariel the Sunbringer Location
Azariel the Sunbringer is found in the western part of the Silverlight Hills. He is a level 68 V-Blood, so only experienced players should take him on.
You can find his location on the map below. Heading west all the way to the edge of the map in the Silverlight Hills will lead you to Brighthaven Cathedral, where you will find Azariel. Credit for the map goes to Map Genie.

Azariel the Sunbringer drops the Power Surge ability, which removes all debuffs from a target of your choice and gives them a shield and move speed bonus. He also drops the recipe for Gold Ingots.
