Building a strong body in Gym League Simulator requires a clear workout plan. This guide looks at ways to grow muscles bigger and move up the levels more easily. The workout strategies below has been tested against others.

Gym League – Best Machines And Tips For Workout And Muscle Growth

Stamina is the most important thing to start with in Gym League because it increases the energy you need for your workouts. Running on a treadmill can help build stamina, but it can get boring. This leads us to the best thing to use in Gym League: items. Items like protein bars and chocolate give huge boosts in muscle and stamina growth.

It seems like it’s not but we tested it. We worked out on one account without boosts and it took four days to get to Gym Four. On another account, we used item boosts as much as possible, and it took less than two days to get to Gym 4. These things you can eat are really helpful but can cost a lot of money.

Fortunately, the best way to get boosts and free items is through codes. Aside from that, competitions are a good way to make money for these boosts. Lots of players don’t think about competitions since they’re busy working out, making it easy to win (and win a lot if you have good auras). While finishing quests can also give you things, they shouldn’t be your main way to make money.

When you’re lifting weights, don’t just stick to the weight the game tells you to use. You could lift twice as much as the weight you’re told you can. If you keep boosting it until it reaches max, your muscles will grow faster.

Our exercise plan is about doing different workouts for the upper body and the lower body on different days.

The upper body workout begins with Chest Presses. This exercise is the toughest, but it also helps work out your Triceps and Shoulders at the same time. After Chest Presses, the rest of the exercises get easier and easier. Here’s the best order for working out your upper body:

  1. Chest Press (most challenging)
  2. Lat Pulldown
  3. Push Press
  4. Hammer Curl
  5. Triceps Curl
  6. Wrist Curl

The lower part of your body and your stomach and leg muscles should be trained in a similar way. Concentrate on using these three exercise machines.

  1. Abs Machine (Most challenging)
  2. Front Squat
  3. Leg Press

Don’t touch any other machine. I’ve been at Diamond for barely any time in the game (images were taken a while ago) because I just followed this strategy. It will definitely help you out.
