The forthcoming Fall Anime 2022 will feature the comeback of hit anime series in addition to some of the most notable anime adaptations of famous manga series!
The lineup of anime series that are scheduled to be published during the Summer of 2022 is nearly complete, with the September releases coming up next. As such, the start of the new season, which will include a fresh lineup of major anime series, both new and returning ones, is drawing near. Take a look at this list of some of the most anticipated new anime releases for the month of October!
Chainsaw Man
The popular Dark Fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto, Chainsaw Man, will finally receive its first anime adaptation. Although Chainsaw Man has not announced a specific premiere date, its anime series is already set to air on October 2022.
Bleach: Sennen Kessen-hen
After a long-awaited return, Bleach is set to continue its story for the Thousand-Year Blood War arc. The new storyline of Bleach will premiere on October 2022 and will finally give the true ending to the anime series.
Mob Psycho 100 III
Mob Psycho will make a comeback for its third season on October 6, 2022. The new season of the anime will continue the story of the eighth-grader psychic hero, Shigeo Kageyama, otherwise known as Mob.
My Hero Academia Season 6
The sixth season of the popular shonen anime My Hero Academia will premiere on October 1, 2022. In Season 6, the story will continue the “Paranormal Liberation War” storyline, which covers the huge war between the League of Villains and the heroes.
Spy x Family Part 2
Spy x Family just previously released its first anime adaptation in Spring 2022, but the comedy and action anime is already set to return for its Part 2 on October 1, 2022.
Fumetsu no Anata e 2nd Season
Fumetsu no Anata e, otherwise known as “To Your Eternity,” is originally a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshitoki Ōima. The first season of its anime adaptation aired from April to August 2021. Finally, the second season of To Your Eternity is scheduled for October 2022 release.
