The big new Season Two Reloaded update is coming soon to Call of Duty: Vanguard!
Featured Cod Vanguard Patch

Call of Duty: Vanguard Season Two Reloaded is set to bolster the fight. Even with all of Task Force Yeti on the scene, Operators may need to call for backup due to a new mode featuring vehicular combat and Rebirth Island’s biggest update since its launch… As the smoke clears, you might even spot Snoop Dogg, the original “deep cover” rapper.

You can expect updates to begin March 22nd at 9AM PT for Vanguard. Call of Duty: Warzone will also go through updates on March 23rd at 9AM PT.

  • New 12v12 mode has been added. Trek across the Alps to capture or take out enemy bases and build your Loadout with Cash earned from eliminations and objective play to dominate the enemy.
  • New Vehicles to Explore the Alps. To cross the snow and ice between bases, call in motorcycles, CD12 transport vehicles, and tanks.
  • Climb to the top with new Ranked Play rewards. For competitive fans, Treyarch has released the Top 250 Skill Division and Leaderboard, as well as new Season Two rewards and party and menu updates.
  • New Covenants, Dedicated Server Pause, and More are Coming to Zombies. Treyarch plans to release Critical Expertise and Explosives Expert Covenants, as well as additional Vanguard Zombies updates.

New 12v12 Mode

Season Two Reloaded will introduce a new large-map mode to Vanguard, which will require players to trek across a snow-covered mountainside with new vehicles in order to assemble a formidable loadout.

This new mode, Arms Race, will be played on Alps, Vanguard’s largest map, which is located in Task Force Yeti’s main operating area. Capture all bases across this alpine tundra, from its iced-over lake to the mountainside fortresses, to win.

Ranked Play – Top 250 Skill Division & Leaderboard

Treyarch plans to introduce the all-new Top 250 Skill Division and Leaderboard in Season Two Reloaded, after refining Ranked Play since its Beta launch at the start of the season. The best Call of Duty® players in the world are now ranked in a new eighth Skill Division above Challenger, which can be viewed directly from the Ranked Play menu.

The Top 250 will be featured in a new leaderboard; many of these members are likely to be part of the Call of Duty Challengers circuit, along with some of your favorite pros. If you find yourself here with these potential future stars, check to see if you’re eligible to begin competing in official tournaments. We can’t wait to see who takes the top spot at the end of Season Two!

Ranked Play – New Rewards

Season Two Reloaded introduces a brand-new set of Season Two Ranked Play rewards that can be earned by completing Win Challenges and climbing the Ladder. Two new Pro Issue Blueprints, two Weapon Camos, two Charms, an exclusive Spray and Sticker, and an animated Emblem based on your final Skill Division will be awarded at the end of the Season.

Zombies Get New Covenants, Dedicated Service Pause, & More

Operators will soon discover two new Covenants to equip during their quest as they face the undead and fight back against Von List in “Terra Maledicta” and “Der Anfang.” Players will be able to complete the new Sacrifice Objective in “Der Anfang” to unlock a wider range of challenges, and the Armaguerra 43 SMG will be available in Zombies via a weapon unlock challenge once it is released in Vanguard.

Dedicated Server Pause for Solo games will be included in the Season Two Reloaded update, as well as other bug fixes that Treyarch will detail in the coming days. Players in Solo matches and single-player Private matches will be able to pause for up to two hours per match on dedicated servers, and Offline/Local matches will be able to pause indefinitely.
