The arrival of Season 03 for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare & Warzone 2 introduces new multiplayer maps, the Massive Resurgence mode, Gunfight, and the return of two storied rivals, among other action-packed updates. In response to player feedback, the developers have made adjustments to the Battle Pass map view and addressed numerous bugs to enhance gameplay.
The updated Battle Pass map view has been reverted to an easier-to-view version suitable for all screen types, as the previous artistic choice proved problematic for some players. Additionally, the patch includes several bug fixes, improving the overall gaming experience.
Among the resolved issues are problems related to altered Pro-Tuned weapons, saving the Cronen Squall and FJX Imperium as a favorite loadout in Ranked Play, incorrect messages displaying in Battle Pass preview tiles, and broken Field Upgrades persisting on the map in DMZ. The patch also addresses players taking damage from the gas in the infil plane in Massive Resurgence, a mission tracking issue in the “Death From Above” mission in DMZ, and several problems with Pro-Tuned Blueprints.
Furthermore, the patch fixes a visual glitch where the Fender Operator “EOD Specialist” skin would cause weapons to appear invisible while loading into a match. Recently updated fixes include issues with redeeming Sector C20 of the Battle Pass, messages about reactive skins appearing next to all skins in the selection menu, and preventing solo players from matchmaking into cooperative missions.
