Season 4 of Call of Duty: Warzone introduces a range of significant updates, one of the most notable being an increase in player health across all Warzone modes, including Ranked Play and DMZ.

The health system in Warzone has been revamped, with the base player health pool increased from 100 to 150. This change, in effect, means that a player with full Armor Plates will have a total health count of 300, marking a considerable increase in player durability. However, to balance the increased health pool, the regen delay has been elevated to seven seconds, a two-second increase from the previous five seconds. The aim of these changes is to extend the number of bullets required for a down and increase the time required to regenerate full health, allowing players to capitalize on inflicted damage and amplifying the value of the stim tactical.

Alongside health adjustments, the Armor Plates system has also received a quality-of-life enhancement. Now, players will automatically pick up nine Armor Plates: three will be allocated to the active loadout slot, with two full stacks sent to the backpack. This automatic pickup feature streamlines the armor plate management, although players will need to manually pick up Armor Plates beyond the initial nine to create more stacks in their backpack.

Similarly, the Armor Box system has been modified for improved usability. Players will now receive a fixed number of six Armor Plates from Armor Boxes, regardless of how many they already possess. This adjustment simplifies the Armor Box utility and creates a more predictable outcome when using this resource.
