Contracts are a big feature in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, and many players are wondering how to replay contracts. There are a variety of little side missions that can be completed to earn extra rewards. Still, there are players wondering if contracts can be replayed or if more contracts generated over time.
If you want to make sure to do your best in contracts, be sure to check out our guides on where to find all the weapons, and where to find all of the costumes and outfits in Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
Can you replay contracts in Assassin’s Creed Mirage?
Contracts are not replayable in Assassin’s Creed Mirage. You have one chance at completing them, and if you mess up and fail it, that’s too bad. We recommend saving the game before taking on these missions. This is essentially the only way to repeat missions for the best rewards.
So if you make sure to save, you can at least ensure you get all of the rewards possible from each contract.
Is there a way to get more contracts in Assassin’s Creed Mirage?
New Contracts will become available at the Bureau when Basim finishes a Contract on his list but there is a set amount. Once you’ve finished them all, you’re done. It’s one of those things that was confirmed before the game released by Assassin’s Creed Mirage Creative Director Stephane Boudon. She said, “contracts are handcrafted and limited in number, no random generation.”
Most gamers are used to things like this being regenerated over time. These are generally made by a system similar to the Radiant AI used in Skyrim. The game essentially just make its own missions pretty quickly, and with how basic assassinating a random person can be, it’s fair to assume that many players thought they could just roleplay as an assassin for as long as they wanted.
Even today, Starfield has many of its recurring missions made up by the game, and in impressive detail. In fact, the last few Assassin’s Creed games did have randomly generated quests, so it’s strange that they wouldn’t make the effort to do this for contracts. It’d make more sense to have a lot of targets in an Assassin’s Creed game than to have a lot of fetch quests.
