The world of cosplay is full of uniquely talented artists who spend countless hours making stunningly beautiful costumes to represent the characters they love. Overwatch’s cosplay community is no different, with fans of the hugely popular game creating amazing costumes all the time and modeling them for the internet to see. While beloved by the fanbase, some characters can be a lot harder to pull off in costume form, but that didn’t stop this Reddit user.
Posted by u/Denzhy_Cosplay 4 days ago, this Reddit post gives us a look at an absolutely astonishing Ashe and B.O.B cosplay. Created by Denzhy & Wayne’s Cosplay Workshop, this stunning photo shows off the brilliantly crafted cosplays and the awesome cosplayers wearing them.
While the Ashe cosplay is definitely stunning, with an incredibly accurate recreation of her in-game model even down to the small detail in her boots, the real star of this shoot is the B.O.B costume. Being a robot with insane proportions, including about two feet of height over Ashe, pulling off this costume was surely no easy feat. Not only does it get B.O.B’s proportions correct, but minute details of the character’s design are expertly recreated, showing off a costume that was surely a true labor of love.
Though B.O.B’S mechanical body may look to be truly made of metal, that’s nothing more than an incredibly talented painting. The entire body of B.O.B is made of foam, with the only metal being an interior frame used to help keep the costume standing up straight. You could have easily fooled me, as the look of the pseudo metal on B.O.B’s body is nearly identical to the real thing.
