As we are getting closer and closer to the release date of DNF Duel, Arc System Works’ highly-anticipated fighting game, based on the acclaimed 2-D MMO-RPG developed by Neople, Dungeon Fighter Online, the game’s developers revealed a new trailer, this time showcasing more of it’s long speculated Practice Mode. The trailer was released only a day after the developers revealed the game’s story mode trailer.
You can check out the new DNF Duel trailer, where developers showcase all the features present in the game’s Practice Mode below, courtesy of the title’s official Youtube Channel:
As you could check out above, the mode will be composed of both a Training and a Tutorial. In Training, players will be able to, as the name says, practice their moves and experience each character’s moverset on a fully customizable battle scenario. Tutorial, on the other hand, will allow players to learn each character’s intricate and wide moveset, as well as a series of combos, all move by move.
Another feature showcased in the trailer is that, while checking out how to perform each attack in the game, players will be able to view a clip of it on the right side of their screens, making the endeavor of picking your favorites way easier.

In DNF Duel, players will be able to play as their favorite classes from Dungeon Fighter Online in a series of action-filled 2.5D battles, in true Ark System Works style. The game is set to feature 16 characters on launch. The title will also launch featuring not only the already mentioned practice and story modes, but also featuring support for both online and local play.
DNF Duel is set to be released on June 28, 2022, exclusively for PC, PS4, and PS5. You can currently play Neople’s Dungeon Fighter Online exclusively on PC.
