Fall Guys, the popular party game from Mediatonic, has officially released the brand-new Fame Pass today alongside a trailer for all the new content. This includes 40 reward tiers and paid DLC featuring the Tomb Raider herself, Lara Croft. The new Fame Pass and its rewards will be available until July 18th, 2023, at 6 AM pacific time.

Fall Guys is free to play and available now on PC and all major platforms. You can watch today’s new Fame Pass 2 trailer on the Fall Guys YouTube channel:

Fall Guys has collaborated with a variety of surprising IPs, but Lara Croft is really a perfect fit. Like the other platforming stars, Croft’s adventures already have her leaping around and dodging obstacles. Along with her classic look, Croft will definitely attract new players, so naturally she’ll require an in-game purchase. She also has a themed Nickname, Nameplate, Celebration and Emote.

She’s also drawn attention away from the new original cosmetics. The burger outfit with a teddy bear hat is genuinely cute and unexpected. The knight is inventive too, but the details that make them interesting will likely be lost during gameplay. The Power Player, Fully Poseable and Fuzzy Fox costumes are fun ideas, but they feel a little plain.

Compared to the first Fame Pass, there’s still a decent amount of content here. There will also be a free progression path for this Fame Pass, but Fall Guys rarely rewards players with noticeable cosmetics unless they pay up real cash.

Instead, most players are probably focusing on Creative mode. The devs mentioned in an official tweet today that new rounds designed by players have been introduced into the Show Selector this week.
