Fiveamp, a game development company, has recently unveiled their game, NIMRODS. This reverse bullet hell roguelite combines gun crafting, survivor action, and intense alien warfare, inviting players to embark on a thrilling intergalactic adventure.

In NIMRODS, players join an elite guild of space hunters known as the NIMRODS. These skilled hunters traverse the cosmos, taking on dangerous aliens for bounty and glory. The game offers eight unique characters to choose from, each with their own distinct abilities and starting loadout, which can be customized as desired.

As players progress through the levels, they can unlock new characters and upgrade their weapons, forging an overpowered arsenal designed to annihilate their foes. Players will face menacing alien bosses, harness their mysterious powers, and gather valuable resources to enhance their destructive capabilities even further.

Upon completing each mission, players’ hard-earned weapons are extracted and returned to the base. Here, they can research these battle-tested relics to unlock new weapons, attachments, armor, and more. This process enables players to delve deeper into the vastness of space, exploring a total of five alien planets, each filled with unique challenges and hidden secrets.

NIMRODS sets itself apart by offering an unparalleled level of customization and replayability, including:

  • Over 157 Trillion Gun Builds
  • 16 Gun Types
  • 354 Attachments
  • 8 Unique Characters
  • 5 Alien Planets

NIMRODS is planned to launch into Early Access in the second half of 2023 and will be available on PC / Mac. It is currently available to be wishlisted on Steam.
