The upcoming horror title Fort Solis will seek to take players on a new horror adventure as the main character explores a mining camp that’s now abandoned. Ahead of the game’s release on Aug. 22, Meridiem Games announced that it would be releasing a limited edition PlayStation 5 boxed version of Fort Solis in EU specialist stores as soon as this October.
The boxed edition of Fort Solis will include a PlayStation 5 copy of the game in a special 3D case with an image of a door from the upcoming title. As with other previous Meridiem Games limited editions, Fort Solis will also include a special metallic postcard, with this variation showing the main character walking towards a large door opening.
In addition to promising visuals, Fort Solis will have performances from some of the best voice actors in gaming, including Roger Clark, Troy Baker, and Julia Brown. These actors have already proven to give stellar performances in titles like The Last of Us and Red Dead Redemption 2, which could be a recipe for success and may see this limited edition as a hot item.
Meridiem Games is known for producing special editions of games in Europe, covering everything from the big titles to indies that might not get the opportunity otherwise. The game only exports to EU markets, so players in NA will need to wait until a closer brand or the publisher itself decides to put out a physical edition for them.
