What’s Coming in Genshin Impact 4.3?

Genshin Impact 4.3 is set to be an exciting update, especially for fans of Inazuma characters. The first half of the banners, starting December 20, 2023, will feature Navia and Kamisato Ayaka. Navia is a new five-star Geo DPS Claymore user from Fontaine, while Ayaka is a renowned five-star Cryo DPS Sword user from Inazuma. This phase will continue until January 10, 2024. Then, the second phase will begin, featuring the Raiden Shogun, a five-star Electro Support/sub-DPS Polearm user, and Yoimiya, a five-star Pyro DPS Bow user. This phase will last until January 31, 2024.

Weapon banners for 4.3 are also notable. The first phase includes Navia’s signature Claymore “Verdict” and Ayaka’s Mistsplitter Reforged. The second phase aligns with the featured characters, offering Engulfing Lightning for Raiden and Thundering Pulse for Yoimiya. However, details on the four-star weapons remain undisclosed. The selection in these banners is considered particularly strong and appealing for players.

Two new Artifact sets will debut in the 4.3 update. The “Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods” set is tailored for Navia, enhancing Attack and Geo Damage, especially under Crystallize-shield effects. The second set, “Song of Days Past,” focuses on healing, converting healing power into increased damage output for the active character.

In terms of events, 4.3 is following Genshin Impact’s tradition of offering free characters or weapons in updates. This time, players can expect a free four-star Claymore from the flagship event “Dance of Deeply Pondering, Resolutely Spinning.” Other events like Marvelous Merchandise, Lost Riches, and Arataki’s Beetle Training promise more engaging content and rewards.
