Today, only a day after HoYoverse officially revealed Genshin Impact‘s upcoming 4-star Anemo Catalyst user Shikanoin Heizou, the beta test for the game’s upcoming version 2.8 began, and with it, a new series of leaks were also revealed, showcasing, among many other features, Heizou’s Elemental Skill and Burst descriptions, as well as a first look at his gameplay.
You can check out a comprehensive look at Heizou’s leaked Elemental Skill, Burst, and NA below, based on their descriptions leaked on Project Amber.
Shikanoin Heizou: NA, Elemental Skill, and Burst
According to Heizou’s leaked kit, present on Project Amber, his normal attacks will be composed of 5 Anemo empowered attacks, while his charged attack will be an empowered sweeping kick.
Heizou’s Elemental Skill, Heartstopper Strike, on the other hand, will allow him to perform a charged strike dealing high amounts of elemental damage. According to the leaks, charging his Heartstopper Strike will allow Heizou to gain a Declension stack, which will increase the damage of subsequent Heartstopper Strikes. With that said, and according to its leaked description on Project Amber, after unlocking his first passive talent, Paradoxical Practice, Heizou will be able to gain one stack of Declension every time he triggers a swirl reaction on the field.

Last but not least, his Elemental Burst, Windmuster Kick, will, according to the leaks, allow him to jump into the air while performing his ”Fudou Style Vacuum Slugger” kick to deal massive Anemo Damage. Apart from that, if his Elemental Burst hits enemies affected by other elements, the enemies will then enter a Windmuster Iris state, which will cause them to suffer an extra stack of AoE damage based on the said element. Also according to the leaks, thanks to his second ascension talent, Heizou will be able to increase his teammate’s elemental Mastery by 80 after hitting enemies with his Elemental Skill.

It’s still unknown when will both Genshin impact’s version 2.8 and Heizou debut, but you can currently take part in the third phase of Genshin Impact’s version 2.6 “Zephyr of the Violet Garden” on PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices.
