As the closed beta for Genshin Impact’s upcoming and still unnamed version 2.8 continues on, new leaks continue to surface, revealing new details about not only the versions’ features but also about the game’s upcoming Anemo 4-star Shikanoin Heizou, revealed yesterday. With that said, as new info regarding Heizou continues to surface, Project Amber was updated, revealing to fans not only Heizou’s full set but also all of his constellations.
According to their leaked descriptions, Shikanoin Heizou’s constellations will be focused on increasing his Attack speed, his ability to deal AoE damage, pull enemies, increase the availability of his Elemental Skill, Heartstopper Strike, as well as the Crit Rate of Heartstopper Strike by at least 4%, all while also increasing the skill’s CRIT DMG by 32%. - C1 – Named Juvenile Casebook: While on the field, Heizou will gain 1 Declension stack every 10 seconds. His attack speed will also be increased by 15% during his first 5 seconds n the field.
- C2 – Investigative Collection: His Elemental Burst’s AoE will also pull enemies closer.
- C3 – Esoteric Puzzle Book: Increases his Elemental Skill level by 3.
- C4 – Tome of Lies: Every explosion caused by his Elemental Burst will regenerate 9 energy for Heizou. A maximum of 13.5 energy can be recovered this way.
- C5 – Secret Archive: Increases his Elemental Burst level by 3.
- C6 – Curious Casefiles: Each stack of Declension will increase the CRIT Rate of Heizou’s elemental skill by 4%. When in his Conviction state, Heizou’s next Heartstopper Strike will have 32% increased CRIT DMG.
