Gotham Knights has recently released an exciting update called Heroic Assault: The Kelvin Incident, which offers players a challenging 15-floor raid. This raid is accessible either in new game plus mode or after unlocking the raid area and defeating all side villain missions. Along with the raid, players can now acquire mythic gear, a powerful new tier that is only available as drops in the raid. Additionally, a new material will drop from the raid, a suit transmog can be unlocked, and four new batcycle transmogs are also available for players to collect.

The Heroic Assault: The Kelvin Incident update also introduces new, stronger enemies, providing players with a more challenging and engaging gaming experience. Furthermore, the game has made significant strides in accessibility by allowing gameplay controls to be remapped for mouse, keyboard, and gamepad users. Players can now change buttons that need to be held down to a toggle setting.

In addition, text-to-speech functionality has been integrated into the game, supporting devices’ built-in screen readers for all text and certain menus. Although currently available in English only, this feature has been improved where it existed previously.

PC users get some specific changes, such as support for the Steam Deck keyboard, dynamic cloud saves, and fixes to draw distance and shadow casting when using higher FOV values. Moreover, the XeSS has been upgraded to version 1.1, and issues with the Red Hood Mystical Leap at higher FPS have been resolved. The update also addresses rare refresh rate problems and fixes crossplay matches between Steam and Epic users.

The stability and optimization of the game have been enhanced, with crash fixes for rare scenarios and smaller optimizations for both GPU and CPU performance. User interface updates include fixes to text chat behavior, text-to-speech in PC-specific menus, activity notifications, and photo mode display during co-op cinematics.
