Lynx Boss Fight Guide
The key to winning this battle against Lynx in Chrono Cross: Radical Dreamers is to prepare enough White Element Techs between all your party members beforehand.
Lynx has an arsenal of overwhelming Black Element Techs that deal colossal damage and inflict numerous debuffs. Serge has an innate White Element, which makes him prone to more damage from Lynx while being able to deal massive damage to him. To maximize your party’s damage output, allocate White Elements among your party members.

Lynx will almost immediately cast AntiWhite on one of your party members at the beginning of the fight, preventing him from using White Element Techs. This debuff wears after a few turns, limiting the inflicted party member’s White Element damage output. His Hell Soul ability will inflict Curse on the target, preventing them from reviving throughout the battle. Hell Bound works just like Hell Soul, but the former will reduce the target’s HP to zero if successful. This means Hell Bound has a chance of removing a party member from the battle completely. Should a party member receive a Curse through Hell Soul, keep in mind that healing up the party member becomes a priority.

Prepare numerous healing abilities and items before the boss fight. There will be moments when Lynx will hesitate to attack, so use this opportunity to deal some damage. White Element Techs such as Dash&Slash and Meteorite will deal massive damage to Lynx. Allocating White Element Techs to all three of your party members allows you to deal continuous damage even if one of your party members is afflicted with AntiWhite.

Lynx is a challenging boss fight not just because of his Hell Soul and Hell Bound abilities but also because he heals himself using Nostrum. To prevent him from healing, deal damage as quickly as you can once he is weakened. Defeating him nets you either a Pendragon Sigil C or a Gravitonne.
