How to join the Marines

To become a Marine, you need to go to Shells Island, which is the second leveling location in the game. You will the need to slay Morgan, who is an island boss, to get a Sailor’s Certificate item. Go west on the island until you locate large open doors that lead you to an NPC named Anthony. They will have an exclamation over their head. Talk to the NPC and give them the Sailor’s Certificate and 10,000 Beli to become a Marine.

Morgan is a boss that you can locate on the northwestern portion of the island. You will want to be around level 45+ to fight him. It is unclear whether or not the Sailor’s Certificate item is a 100% drop or not, but you may have to fight them multiple times.

The new factions were added in the first major update for the game. They were pretty buggy as of launch, and will hopefully get more features added to them as additional patches are added.

That’s all you’ll need to know about becoming a Marine in the game. Be sure to head to the Pixel Piece section of our website for more great information about games on the platform.
