Whether you are new to The Elder Scrolls Online or making a new character that is leveling up the Alchemy skill, the Sip of Health is an item that is bound to come up during the leveling process. For those that are starting the game from scratch, making sure to have some of the Sip of Health potions on hand can mean life of death in some situations. The good news is that they are both fairly easy to make and to craft for anyone that has the ingredients. This guide will out how to craft these smaller potions and where to find them.
Crafting the Sip of Health through Alchemy in ESO
One of the best aspects of the Sip of Health in ESO is that it can be crafted by any player at any level of the game. That includes the Alchemy rank as well as the base level of your character. After all, this is the potion that many players will be tasked with if they decide to pick up the Alchemy crafting certification at the Mages Guild. But if you’re going to go ahead and make a few Sip of Health potions, then you’ll need an Alchemy Table and some ingredients.
List of ingredients that can be used for a Sip of Health:
- Blue Enteloma
- Butterfly Wings
- Columbine
- Luminous Russula
- Mountain Flower
- Water Hyacinth
- Crimson Nirnroot
In most cases, combining two of these will allow for a health potion to be made, but a couple of combinations will lead to a different result. With that said, you will also need to use Natural Water as the base for the potion, otherwise, your rank won’t allow it, or the potion created will be too high level. Combine two of the ingredients with Natural Water, and the potion will be ready instantly.
How to find or purchase a Sip of Health in ESO
Anyone who wants to avoid crafting at all costs can still pick up a Sip of Health around Tamriel. Players who are at a low level on their character will automatically get the potions as drops from enemies as they explore and fight. Higher-level players also still have the opportunity to get the potions if they really need them.
