To craft the Clima-Tact (Thunder Pole) in Fruit seas, you’re going to need to find the Clima-Tact Quest Material and give it to Nami in Logue town. You will only be able to get the Clima-Tact Quest after defeating the Thunder God, who is a boss in Skypiea. There’s only a 3% chance he will drop this item, so you’re going to have to beat him a bunch.

Then, when you take it to Nami, she will give you a Clima-Tact. This is a weapon added alongside the Dark Blade (Yoru) V2.
