First and foremost, in order to have a chance to get Green Legend in Anime Last Stand, you need to unlock Banner 2. This banner becomes accessible after reaching Namek in the story mode of Anime Last Stand. Once you have unlocked Banner 2, you can attempt to summon Green Legend. It’s important to understand that the chances of obtaining Green Legend are incredibly slim, standing at a mere 0.01%. This 0.01% is the same as other Ultimate units such as Mesh (Mash).
