How to get the High-Yield Grenade
To get the High-Yield Grenade, you will need to have progressed to Chapter 10 and should encounter it in the Water Purification Storage room, located on Floor 5 of the bridge; it is hard to miss if you are following the main storyline. It will require Master Override Security Clearance.
Once you have obtained the weapon upgrade, you will need to bring the part to the bench. It provides a free Power Node and extra node paths for the Pulse Rifle with its special upgrade providing the weapon with an increased radius for the grenade blast as secondary fire.
