Fortnite – How to Get New Ascendant Midas Skin
Fortnite players eager to obtain the new Midas Ascendant Skin have two primary options. The first is to acquire the skin from the Item Shop, and the second is to participate in the Rise of the Midas Cup.
Ascendant Midas Fortnite Item Shop
Ascendant Midas will appear on the Item Shop after update v29.10 is released, which is set for March 26 at 8 PM ET. This exclusive package is expected to include not only the Ascendant Midas skin but also the Golden King’s Cape Back Bling, The Golden Touch Pickaxe, and a Shade style.
Rise of the Midas Cup
Alternatively, players can participate in the Rise of Midas Cup, a free tournament in which they have the opportunity to earn the complete Ascendant Midas set by achieving a high placement in the competition, and you’ll get the skin two days before it is releases on the Item Shop.
The Rise of Midas Cup is a Solo Battle Royale tournament that unfolds in the “Midas Presents: Floor is Lava” mode, which is a special version featuring golden lava.
For those interested in participating in the Rise of the Midas Cup, the tournament kicks off on Sunday, March 24. Players are advised to check the Complete Tab in-game to determine the precise start time of the event in their respective regions.
Furthermore, even those who do not secure the top rewards will still receive a Participation Reward in the form of the “The Rise of Midas” loading screen simply by entering the Rise of Midas Cup and attaining 8 points.
