Attack Serum is an item added to Attack on Titan Revolution (AoT Revolution) that you use to become a Titan. It had many changes before the update but plenty after. It can get confusing, especially because of the constant changes, but we’ll show you how to get it and what it is below.

AoT Revolution – How Do You Get Serums?

Before the update in Attack on Titan Revolution, players could get Attack Serum through missions. However, the update implemented a new system for obtaining Serum revolving around the introduction of Attack on Titan raids. You can now only get Serum in AoT Revolution through Raids.

You can use something called Attack Serum to Titan Shift, aka turn into a Titan. But if you’re part of a special family called the Yeager family (Eren, who you’ll see in Raids, is one of them), you can transform into a Titan without Attack Serum. However, it’s really hard to become part of this family because there’s only a 0.05% chance of being born into it.

The Attack on Titan raid is a new game mode with three difficulty settings: Hard, Severe, and Aberrant. Completing these raids offers the chance to earn Attack Shards. These Shards are used to unlock and upgrade the Resonance system for your Attack Titan. Essentially, Resonance grants permanent buffs to your Attack Titan’s abilities.

While raid completion offers the most reliable way to get Serum, there might be alternative methods in the future. We are seeing some language on the game’s Discord about the possibility of purchasing Serum through the market section of the game, but we’ll have to wait for confirmation from the developer.
