V Rising has you awakening as a vampire in a hostile world. You will need to find blood to regain your strength, and build your way up to the top of the vampire hierarchy. To do so, you will need to create a base for you and your friends or attempt to go it alone. If you’re looking to get Spectral Dust to complete a crafting recipe, we’ll tell you where you can find it in this guide.

Finding Spectral Dust

To get Spectral Dust in V Rising, you can either loot it from Banshee enemies or craft it once you obtain the recipe. The recipe can be obtained by slaying the level 62 V Blood, Foulrot the Soultaker, who can be found in the Cursed Forest.

If you want the recipe for Spectral Dust, you will need to head to the southeastern portion of the Cursed Forest to locate Foulrot the Soultaker. This V Blood is level 62 and will put up quite a fight, so be prepared for a battle. You can find the enemy via the map below that is sourced from Map Genie.

Once you have the recipe, you will need to head to a Grinder and place in 4x Gem Dust and 40x Ghost Crystals which will be ground down into 1x Spectral Dust.

If you want to farm Spectral Dust and other resources, you can slay Banshees that have a chance to drop the item. Banshees can be found at Ancient Village locations in the Cursed Forest. You can also possibly find the dust in chests that spawn in the area.

Two Ancient Villages can be found in the Cursed Forest, one on either side of the area.
