Hunter Era Scythe Weapon Guide
There is only one way to obtain the Scythe in Hunter Era: defeat a semi-secret boss during the Hunter Exam Phase 2 in the forest maze, with a 1% chance of it dropping. To take part in the Hunter Exam, you need a Hatsu Level 2. If you die or miss out on the Scythe drop, you’ll have to wait an hour to retake the Hunter Exam and hope you get the drop. With only a 1% chance, it’s not very hopeful, but you might get lucky

As you spawn in the forest maze in Phase 2, head over the water and walk across the stepping stones. The boss is not located in the first area. Follow these directions:
- When you spawn, head to the left.
- Take the left path, not the right
- Take the next right over the water and stone platforms
- Once over the water, follow the path and take the second right
- Do not take the first right; that will take you back to the water.
- Then, take the first left to find the area where the Scythe boss spawns.

You will lose the opportunity to take the Hunter Exam and obtain the Hunter Pass license, but the Scythe is an incredibly powerful weapon.
