My Time at Sandrock – How To Make A Sandtrap
To make a basic sandtrap in My Time At Sandrock, you will need the following materials:
- 2 Copper Bars
- 2 Wooden Sticks
- 1 Thick Rope
Once you have the required materials, you have to make a Worktable. You can make a worktable at your Assembly Station with two Copper Screws, six stones, and eight wood. When you’re at your worktable, select the Sandfish Trap blueprint and then place the materials above in the slots. Finally, click the Craft button to make the sandtrap.
To improve your sandfishing success, there are a few things you can do. Make sure to use bait to attract fish to your sandtrap. Different types of bait attract different types of fish, so experiment to see what works best. When you’re casting your sandtrap, make sure to send your cast far. This will give you a better chance of catching fish that are further away.
You can also be sure to upgrade your sandtrap to a higher-quality one. This will increase its catch radius and allow you to catch multiple fish with a single cast.
How To Improve Sandtraps
There are two improved sandtraps that you can craft: the Advanced Sandfish Trap and the Professional Sandfish Trap. These sandtraps have a larger catch radius and can catch more fish at a time than the Basic Sandfish Trap.
To craft an Advanced Sandfish Trap these materials are required:
- 3 Steel Bars
- 1 Bronze Stick
- 2 Copper Wires
To craft a Professional Sandfish Trap these materials will be needed:
- 4 Magnesium Aluminium Alloy
- 2 Transmission Shafts
- 2 Iron Wires
You can purchase the blueprints for these sandtraps from the Commerce Guild.
