V Rising has you awakening as a vampire in a hostile world. You will need to find blood to regain your strength, and build your way up to the top of the vampire hierarchy. To do so, you will need to create a base for you and your friends or attempt to go it alone. When constructing your base, you might want to move your Castle Heart to a different location, if so, we’ll tell you how in this guide.

Castle Heart Placement Guide

To move your Castle Heart in V Rising, you will need to open build mode (B-key), click on the Castle Heart and then move it to the new location. The part that gets confusing is that it can only be placed on a completely bare dirt tile. That means you need to remove everything off of the specific tile where you want your Castle Heart to be located.

Use the dismantle button (Spacebar), to remove everything from the tile so you can move your Castle Heart to that location. It has to be completely cleared and can’t have flooring on top of it or you will not be able to move the heart to that spot.

If you aren’t able to dismantle your floor, that means you have other structures connected to it! If a wall is right next to the floor tile, it will need to be removed as well. This goes along with any other walls that are right next to it. Make sure everything is clear before you attempt to move your Castle Heart!

That’s everything you need to know about moving your Castle Heart in the game! We’ve got more great content on the game in the V Rising section of our website.
