How to play LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Co-Op
To play LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga in Co-Op, all you have to do is press any button on a second controller connected to your system of choice. This will activate split-screen co-op, and your friend can play alongside you in any in-game mission as well as the game’s overworld. The Skywalker Saga currently only supports two-player split-screen, and there are no known plans to increase the number of players in the future.
Unfortunately, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga doesn’t have any form of online multiplayer. Console players will have to stick to couch split-screen. However, PC players can use Steam to get around this problem in a unique way.
Using Steam’s Remote Play Together feature, players can play split-screen co-op online with friends. This feature even works for games like The Skywalker Saga that don’t have any built-in online multiplayer.
To use Remote play, all you need is a copy of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and a steam account, along with some steam friends. Then, you can simply invite any of your friends to join you for a game of Remote Play, and you’ll both be able to play split-screen co-op as if you were sitting on the couch next to each other.
The best part is, only the host has to own a copy of the game. Your friends can join you via Steam’s Remote Play feature regardless of if they own LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga or not.
