If you're wondering how to restore your energy level in Zero Sievert, we've got the details on how you can sleep and rest to do so.
Featured Zero Sievert Guide

Zero Sievert has you scavenging equipment across multiple areas, all set in an atmospheric fictitious post-apocalyptic Eastern Europe setting. Your base of operations, the bunker, is filled with traders, modding stations, and areas to make your own, giving you progression across your adventures into the wild. If you’re wondering how to sleep and rest in the game, we’ll show you how in this guide.

How to Sleep & Rest in Zero Sievert

To sleep and rest in Zero Sievert to reduce your fatigue and regain energy, you will need to sleep in a bed at the Bunker. Just head upwards from the main entrance until you see small rooms with beds in them. Get close to one and you will be prompted with the option to sleep!

Before you go to sleep, you will be able to choose how long you want to rest. As you slide the bar, you will notice a number that will eventually go green. This signifies that you will have gained all of your energy back if you sleep for that period of time. If you go for a full rest, you will gain a buff that gives you 25% Stamina Regeneration.

After you get done sleeping, you will likely need to consume food or liquid because these drop when you hit the sheets. You can always stock up at the Barman or various traders at your Bunker. If you have the ingredients, you can also craft your own supplies at the workbench.

Alternatively, if you want to regain energy without having to sleep or rest then you can consume drinks. This includes a Cup of Coffee or Tea, which will reduce your fatigue by 13 and 8 when you consume them. However, these do come at a cost because you will be inflicted with a small dose of radiation each time you use one of these items.

That’s everything you need to know about sleeping and resting in the game. If you want to learn more, be sure to head to the Zero Sievert section of our website for more great content.
