To solve the Cave Shrine puzzle, you will need to press down on a specific set of symbols. There is both a larger cave and a smaller cave that each has a combination that has to be used.

To solve the Large Cave puzzle, you will need to press the symbol on the bottom left (like waves) first, then the symbol on the left-most point, and finally the bottom right that has three symbols that point inward (see circles marked above).

After solving both puzzles found in the cave, you will receive the Apostate’s Head and Blasphemer’s Head that will be used to get the Church Insignia in Chapter 4.
