Gym League Summer Games Stat Guide

In Gym League’s Summer Games, you have two options for training every stat. You can choose to participate in competitive training or train each stat individually. Whichever method you choose, you must actively participate and cannot simply idle through the training.

Players can train at their team-colored gym, with the top two teams obtaining access to the Olympia gym, where machines provide a 1.5x training boost. Players can focus on developing three special stats within their team’s gym: Boxing, Deadlift, and Track. The focus on Track and Deadlift will alternate depending on the preceding minigame. This means that players cannot repeatedly play the same minigame. It goes from track to deadlift to track and back to deadlift in rotation.

Boxing

To play Boxing in the game, you need two players. You can play at any time by going to a yellow square in front of the boxing arena outside the gym and waiting for someone to join you in the other yellow square. Once both players are in position, you’ll be automatically placed in the arena. To punch, just left-click (or press B on Xbox), and to block, press F (or X on Xbox). Your character will always face your opponent, so you won’t have to worry about the camera angle.

If you knock out your opponent, you’ll receive medals and might also get stamps as a reward. Another way to level up in boxing is by using the punching bag inside the team gym. You’ll need to press the indicated buttons as they appear. For keyboard, use WASD, and for Xbox, use XABY.

Track

To play the Track mini game, head to the track room with a minimum of four players. Once the game starts, you’ll be placed on a track. Run around the track by pressing Q and then E alternately (or the corresponding buttons on other devices). On the side, there will be a red bar with a small green area that changes in size and position. As you run, an arrow will move up and down this bar. If you press the Spacebar just as the arrow aligns with the green area, you’ll get a speed boost.

You can also do this on a treadmill in the regular team gym, which will show you the WASD keys on the keyboard or XABY on Xbox.

Deadlift

You can play the regular deadlifting minigame in the gym by finding it in the team gym and pressing the correct keys. The keys will always be WASD on the keyboard, and on Xbox, it will be XBAY. Just press the buttons as they pop up.

There is also a competitive deadlifting mode that has its own room, but it requires six players to start. Some players have experienced a bug in this mode where the game won’t start as it should. This game consists of five rounds and is similar to the competition in the main game. Just press the spacebar as quickly as you can to lift the deadlift, and hold it for as long as you can by repeatedly pressing the spacebar quickly. Each round gets progressively harder.
