Nobody Saves the World is a new top-down action RPG from the developers behind the iconic Guacamelee! series. Like in most traditional RPGs, you can play as different classes of characters in Nobody Saves the World, each with its own unique abilities. Unlocking Different Forms
Unlike most traditional RPGs, you don’t get to choose between the class of characters you want to start as. In Nobody Saves the World, you start off as Nobody and move up the chain to become Rat. From here on out, you have the option to pursue the characters or forms you want to play as.
There are a total of eighteen characters or forms in Nobody Saves the World. You can unlock them by earning form points. Form points are similar to XPs, but rather than levelling up your overall stats, it levels up that particular form.
Every form has its own form quests, completing which will level up that character and unlock new abilities. Moreover, completing form quests also unlocks other forms. For instance, to unlock Ranger, your Rat should be rank C. Similarly, to unlock the Magician, your Guard should be rank B, whereas to unlock Horse, they should be rank C.
This interconnectivity makes things tricky, and can prove tedious if you want to unlock the Bodybuilder but dislike playing as the Ranger. With that said, here’s the entire list of forms in Nobody Saves the World and how you can unlock them.
- Nobody – Unlocked from the beginning.
- Rat – Unlocked after reaching rank D with Nobody.
- Guard – Unlocked after reaching rank C with Rat.
- Ranger – Unlocked after reaching rank C with Rat.
- Egg – Unlocked after reaching rank B with Rat.
- Horse– Unlocked after reaching rank C with Guard.
- Magician – Unlocked after reaching rank B with Guard.
- Slug – Unlocked after reaching rank C with Ranger.
- Bodybuilder – Unlocked after reaching rank B with Ranger.
- Turtle – Unlocked after reaching rank C with Horse.
- Monk – Unlocked after reaching rank A with Horse and Magician.
- Zombie – Unlocked after reaching rank C with Magician.
- Mermaid – Unlocked after reaching rank C with Slug.
- Rogue – Unlocked after reaching rank A with Slug and Bodybuilder.
- Ghost – Unlocked after reaching rank C with Bodybuilder.
- Robot – Unlocked after reaching rank C with Monk, Turtle, and Zombie.
- Necromancer – Unlocked after reaching rank C with Ghost, Mermaid, and Rogue.
- Dragon – Unlocked after reaching rank C with Necromancer and Robot, and rank S with Egg.
