Players of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor are facing more than just performance issues, as a recent patch has left some who purchased the Deluxe Upgrade DLC or preordered the game without their bonus items. Reports of this mysterious disappearance have surfaced on platforms like Reddit and Steam.

A Reddit user, u/Tae17Yong, shared their experience, stating, “I pre-ordered the deluxe edition of Jedi Survivor and for the first few days, I had all the extra content. I logged on yesterday, and the DLC content is gone.” The player tried various fixes, such as repairing the game, restarting their computer, and reinstalling the game, but the content remained missing. The user later updated their post, revealing that the missing items had reappeared but vanished again shortly after.

Another player reported a similar issue on Xbox, stating, “I had all of the content for the first week. I was playing today when suddenly my game crashed and when I loaded back in all of the extra content was just gone.”

EA’s community manager acknowledged the reports and confirmed that the company is currently investigating the issue. They offered a potential fix, suggesting players try repairing the game files or ensuring the DLCs are installed correctly.

The bonus items in question include the “Hermit” cosmetic and lightsaber set, allowing players to dress up Cal Kestis like Obi-Wan Kenobi, and a combustion blaster set. The deluxe upgrade also features two cosmetic packs inspired by Han Solo and Luke Skywalker.

Although previous patches have improved performance, it appears that several bugs still require attention. Players have reported additional issues, such as a specific enemy that can cause unrecoverable XP loss and a boss that becomes impossible to defeat if both the player and the boss are killed simultaneously.
