Dead Space Remake is a survival-horror game that is a remake of the 2008 game by the same name. The remake was developed by Motive Studio and published by EA. It is set in the 26th century and follows engineer Isaac Clarke who has to survive as he tries to save his crewmates and figure out why USG Ishimura has gone silent. Line Gun Location
You will find the Line Gun in Chapter 5, Lethal Devotion, after you meet a Regenerator Necromorph and will need to check the side rooms to pick up this weapon. This is an essential weapon and one that Isaac will use throughout the game.
The Line Gun is slicer with timed mines, and it has a horizontal beam of energy. It fires at a similar rate as the Plasma Cutter and Pulse Rifle, but it has a higher base damage rate. It can get through Necromorph limbs in a single shot. It is dodged easily by Twitchers but when upgraded becomes effective against Twitchers. It is also good against Lurkers.
