Morian the Stormwing Matriarch is found in the southern part of the central Silverlight Hills. She is a level 68 V-Blood, so only experienced players should take him on.
You can find her location on the map below. Starting in the Silverlight Hills, if you head south on the road that leads into the Farbane Woods you’ll eventually find the Harpy Nest, where Morian resides. Credit for the map goes to Map Genie.
