New Tales from the Borderlands rated in Korea alongside the deluxe edition

A brand new rating in Korea further confirms the release of the new Tales from the Borderlands and the existence of a deluxe edition.

Tales from the Borderlands, the fan-favorite visual novel continuation of the Borderlands story, is receiving a new entry, picking up the story where the last mainline title, Borderlands 3, left off. While we’ve already received confirmation of the new title at PAX, we have further proof of its’ existence thanks to a new rating for the game published in Korea. which also reveals the existence of the deluxe edition.

For those who missed it, Tales from the Borderlands is an episodic interactive series that continues the story of the Borderlands franchise immediately after the end of Borderlands 2. One of Telltale Game’s most popular titles, the single-player game told an exciting story that ended up becoming canon in the Borderlands universe, dramatically affecting the plot of Borderlands 3 and all future titles to come from the franchise.

Tales from the Borderlands is not only one of Telltale game’s most beloved titles, it is also one of the most popular entries in the Borderlands series. Fans celebrate the game’s comedic yet emotional storytelling and the fantastic use of both original and returning characters.

With a new Tales being worked on, we can assume a new and exciting continuation of the Borderlands story is coming with it. While its likely that the story will be picking up after the end of Borderlands 3, it’s possible we could be seeing a completely new story being told with a fresh cast of characters. Anything is possible in this exciting new addition to the Borderlands franchise.
