Octavian the Militia Captain Location
Octavian the Militia Captain is located in the northern part of the Dunley Farmlands. He is a level 58 V-Blood, so low levels should steer clear.
You can find his location on the map below. By traveling northeast on the road in the Dunley Farmlands, you’ll run into the Bastion of Dunley, where you’ll find Octavian and his army. Credit for the map goes to Map Genie.

Octavian the Militia Captain drops the Mirror Strike power. He also drops the Anvil structure and recipes for the Dark Silver Ingot, Dawnthorn Regalia, and Dark Silver Weapons, allowing you to upgrade to the next gear level.
