Persona 4 Golden is going to be re-released on Limited Run for a limited period of time. You can just get the regular game on PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and One, or Nintendo Switch, but there are also editions. The editions vary in price but the standout is the Midnight Channel edition that comes with a ton of swag.

Limited Run Games announced a sale for Persona 4 Golden on their Twitter. The game is being sold by itself and with different collector editions. You can start pre-ordering as soon as October 27, 2023.

Person 4 Golden only costs $34.99 for any console you prefer. There are two collector’s editions included on the site, one has only a few more things while the other comes with a lot of stuff. It costs $69.99 The Grimoire Edition includes:

  • Physical Version of the game for your chosen console
  • Steelbook
  • Grimoire Book Box
  • Slipcover

The Midnight Channel Edition is by far the most extensive of the group. It’s the one that comes with a lot more than you’d expect. It costs $199.99 and It includes:

  • Physical Copy of Persona 4 Golden for your platform of choice
  • Lenticular Midnight Channel Box
  • Persona 4 Golden Slipcover
  • Grimoire Book Box
  • Persona 4 Golden Official Soundtrack
  • Premium Trading Card Set
  • Yu Naurkami’s Glasses and Display Stand
  • All Out Attack 3D Shadow Box
  • Metal Teddie Statuette
  • SteelBook
  • Persona 4 Golden Ending Photo
  • Midnight Channel Pin
  • Individually Numbered Certificate of Authenticity
  • Slipcover

Pre-orders start on October 27 and last until December 10. You can pre-order as many as you want, but they won’t ship until eight to nine months after pre-orders complete. If you’re a fan of Persona 4 Golden, we’d recommend buying only if you haven’t gotten the game or are going to go for the collector’s editions.

Getting another game that just says “Limited Run” on it isn’t worth buying a new game in our opinion. Even if you don’t have the game, it’s probably not worth buying these versions. The game is pretty cheap digitally on different storefronts, $13.99 on Nintendo Switch, $19.99 on Steam and PlayStation store, or $12.99 on Xbox. So it is hard to justify spending almost double the regular price just for a physical copy.

Still, if this is your cup of tea, you better get it before it sells out.
