An alleged new gameplay trailer for the highly anticipated third-person action role-playing game, Lords of the Fallen, has surfaced online.
Recently, Reddit user, u/basshead_24, has shared a video showcasing what appears to be a new trailer for Lords of the Fallen. The leaked footage offered a glimpse of the formidable enemies and bosses that players will encounter. More importantly, the video highlighted the game’s combat system, which include dodging techniques reminiscent of FromSoftware titles, indicating faster-paced gameplay.
The leaked video concluded with an unexpected reveal—the game’s launch date. According to the footage, Lords of the Fallen is set to be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on October 13th. Interestingly, a prior Lords of the Fallen leak also hinted at the same release date. However, it remains uncertain whether this alignment is mere coincidence or a validation of the leak’s authenticity.
Building further anticipation, an extended gameplay trailer of Lords of the Fallen is scheduled to make its premiere on IGN’s Youtube channel tomorrow. Speculation arises that the leaked video might be the very same trailer that will be presented for tomorrow’s showcase. In any case, the official trailer’s content will ultimately confirm the reliability of the leaked footage.
Lords of the Fallen, developed by HEXWORKS and published by CI Games, introduces an all-new, dark fantasy RPG adventure set in a vast, interconnected world that is more than five times larger than the original 2014 game. As part of an epic quest to overthrow the demon god Adyr, players will embark on a journey that will take them across two expansive parallel worlds—the realm of the living and the realm of the dead. The game allows for full character customization and boasts fast soulslike combat and thrilling boss fights.
