It surprised everyone last year when PowerWash Simulator became such a hit ahead of and during its release in July of last year, continuing to update the game with new content. As is tradition, PowerWash Simulator developer FuturLab is teasing the next update, 1.4, and stating that it has new Muckingham Files content coming Aug. 31.

In the teaser posted to Twitter, players can see a collection of the different suits from the game in front of a logo for The Muckingham files. The developer encourages everyone to spread the word about the new free update that will be released later this month, with no more information outside of that for this first teaser. The previous Muckingham Files update brought new stories involving the world of the base game.

The previous update for the Muckingham Files came in update 1.2 and added more base content for the game’s world. This included cleaning new tech out in the Mauka Aitu Desert and cleaning a food truck in the Muckingham recreation grounds. In addition to the new content, that update also revitalized previous jobs by adding new supplemental stories.

Players can likely expect a similar level of content from the 1.4 update to PowerWash Simulator, as the game has only seen more success since the official launch. The world of Muckingham is only likely to expand with this update and any other partnered DLC FuturLab has planned.
