Dead Space Remake is a survival-horror game that is a remake of the 2008 game by the same name. The remake was developed by Motive Studio and published by EA. It is set in the 26th century and follows engineer Isaac Clarke who has to survive as he tries to save his crewmates and figure out why USG Ishimura has gone silent. We have a guide to how to get the Pulse Rifle by sharing its location in the Dead Space Remake.

Pulse Rifle Location

You will find the Pulse Rifle after encountering a dying officer in Chapter 2, Intensive Care, and you will be able to pick it up after that. This encounter will occur at the tram station in the medical department. It is one of seven different weapons that can be found on the USG Ishimura that you can find and equip for Isaac as he tries to survive. This is an essential weapon and one that Isaac will use throughout the game.

The Pulse Rifle has 50 pulse rounds and has a very high rate of fire with a medium-long effective range. We recommend using the Pulse Rifle whenever encountering fast-moving enemies like Twitchers, and it is generally good in most situations, though not so great against Brutes.
