MW3 Rebirth Island is set to release on April 3rd, 2024, as confirmed by Activision in their blog. When the countdown below reaches zero, you’ll be able to enjoy playing on Rebirth Island in MW3 and Warzone, no matter where you live in the world!

What’s Coming in MW3 Warzone Season 3?

Season 3 of Modern Warfare 3 introduces exciting new content. This includes four new weapons – the FJX Horus SMG, MORS sniper rifle, Gladiator melee weapon (all free), and the BAL-27 assault rifle (midseason). Snoop Dogg and Cheech & Chong operator skins add a fun twist, along with the Growhouse multiplayer map. Additionally, five more maps will arrive this season, offering diverse settings for battles.

New multiplayer modes add variety to your gameplay experience. Classic favorites like Capture the Flag and the chaotic fun of One in the Chamber return. Escort and the danger-filled Minefield variant will also debut. To customize your playstyle, three new perk vests offer unique advantages: Gunslinger, Modular Assault Rig, and Compression Carrier. Further customization comes with the fresh perks Reinforced Boots and High-Gain Antenna.

This season isn’t just about multiplayer. Zombies fans get a new story mission, Dark Aether Rift quest, unlockable schematics, and a fearsome Warlord boss (all midseason). Warzone sees Rebirth Island’s return and a Champion’s Quest nuke challenge. Ranked Play gets competitive on Rebirth, while Bootcamp mode eases new players into battle. Warzone veterans can enjoy returning perks, Foresight and Specialist. Mobile fans get Plunder, Buy Back modes, and the iconic Rust map. Progression and the battle pass are shared across Warzone, Modern Warfare 3, and Warzone Mobile for seamless play.
