How to Heal in Sorcery Roblox

There are three main ways to heal in Roblox Sorcery:

  • Regenerating naturally based on your health lost
  • Speaking to Shoko
  • Getting healed by another player

Regenerating Health

A screenshot from the Roblox game ‘Roblox Sorcery’ featuring a player’s avatar standing in a mystical, foggy landscape. The avatar is at the center of the image, with a serene expression and casual attire, facing forward. In the background, silhouettes of trees and floating orbs can be seen through the mist, adding to the magical atmosphere of the game. At the bottom of the screen is a red action bar with numbers 4, 3, 2, 1showing segment of health on your health bar.

Your health bar is divided into four segments: one small segment, two large segments, and another small segment. If you take, say, fall damage and lose half of your first red segment of health, you will regenerate that back to full over time. However, if your health drops into the second segment, you cannot regenerate naturally back to full health (i.e., back into the first segment). Instead, your max health decreases, and you can only regenerate up to the end of the second segment. The first health segment is now lost to you. But you can regain it.

Shoko NPC

If you’ve lost a health segment, you can get it back, but it will cost you some Essence. To do so, find the NPC named Shoko and pay her with Essence to heal you. Shoko is located in a building down from the Missions building in the main Hideout hub area. Speak to her and click ‘I need a checkup.’ The more damage you need healing, the more Essence it will cost. Essence is earned by selling items or completing missions.

The character has white hair and is surrounded by a misty environment with traditional East Asian architectural elements, such as a torii gate and tiled roofs, amidst lush greenery. An interactive hotbar displaying various magical items is visible in the foreground.

Be Healed by Another Player

You can be healed by another player if they have access to a Reverse Curse Technique.

How to Regenerate Lost Arms in Sorcery

There are two ways to recover lost arms in Sorcery Roblox:

  • Gain a Reverse Curse Technique
  • Acquire a Prosthetic Arm

Reverse Curse Technique

The Reverse Curse Technique is a late-game ability that can only be obtained by completing The Culling Games mode. The Culling Games is an event requiring eight players to start and can be found in the Open World. Players spawn on a large map for a 40-minute free-for-all (FFA) battle. Once the timer expires, you can leave through extraction, but you must secure at least one kill to use the extraction. Completing The Culling Games rewards you with the Reverse Curse Technique, allowing you to heal your lost arm.

Prosthetic Arm

While not technically regenerating a limb, a Prosthetic Arm is the next best option if obtaining the Reverse Curse Technique is too difficult. A Prosthetic Arm replaces your lost arm but comes with upsides and downsides, which we explain in our guide here: Sorcery Roblox Prosthetic Arm Guide – How to Get, Can You Remove It?

The prosthetic arm is detailed with realistic features and is set against a mirrored backdrop of lush greenery and white flowers, creating an intriguing symmetrical effect.
