In a recent content update, Rebellion, the creators of Sniper Elite 5, launched the Saboteur pack, a new addition to the game’s Season Pass Two. The Saboteur pack furnishes players with the Type 1 TERA rifle and the Grease Gun, along with a unique Liberator character skin for the game’s protagonist, Karl. The pack aims to embody the look of the Resistance movement. Concurrently, Rebellion has also introduced a new No Cross multiplayer map called Rhine Crossing, freely accessible to all players.
Players can access the Saboteur pack as part of the Season Pass Two, priced at $29.99, or separately for $9.99. The pack’s standout feature is the Type 1 TERA rifle, which boasts a swift rate of fire and high accuracy due to its low recoil. Its folding stock enhances portability, making it remarkably quick to equip and aim.
In addition to the TERA rifle, the Saboteur pack includes the Grease Gun, an SMG known for its excellent mobility and control, even during extended firing periods, thanks to its slow rate of fire and low recoil. Despite the Grease Gun’s low muzzle velocity, its stability makes it a robust choice for combat encounters at slightly longer ranges.
As for the character cosmetics, the Liberator Skin commemorates the liberation of Paris, providing Karl with an authentic French Resistance look, replete with a signature armband.
Moving beyond the Saboteur pack, the new multiplayer map, Rhine Crossing, is now available for all players. Inspired by the Battle of Remagen at the Ludendorff Bridge in Germany, the nocturnal map features two prominent towers, offering the highest viewpoints on either side of the no-cross zone. The collapsed bridge provides cover, and diagonal sightlines across the map corners heighten the need for stealthy navigation and strategic use of darkness.
Sniper Elite 5 is available on various platforms, including Xbox Game Pass, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4/5, Steam, The Epic Game Store, and the Windows Store.
