Microsoft has announced a limited-edition Xbox Series X bundle inspired by the Spongebob Squarepants. The bundle includes a custom-designed console and controller and a digital download of the recently released fighting game Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2. The console even looks like the beloved character.

According to the Xbox Wire announcement, the bundle features the redesigned Xbox Series X console as SpongeBob. It comes complete with his iconic square body, Krusty Krab uniform, and outstretched arms. It also includes a themed Xbox Wireless Controller showcasing SpongeBob, Squidward, Gary, and Mr. Krabs.

This is obviously coming out in a limited capacity; SpongeBob fans in the US need to act quickly. The bundle will only be sold through Best Buy Drops on the Best Buy Mobile App, starting at 8:00 AM PST on Thursday, March 7th, 2024. The app allows you to set notifications so you’ll know exactly when the bundle will drop. It’s incredibly expensive, and I wouldn’t say it’s worth it to anyone but extreme fans of Spongebob. The bundle is priced at $699.

It makes sense that it is coming with Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2. The game offers a selection of famous Nickelodeon characters like SpongeBob SquarePants, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Squidward Tentacles, Jimmy Neutron, and more. The game includes various special moves, powerful Supers, and a solo-player campaign with roguelike elements. Additionally, the recently launched DLC with Mr. Krabs is also part of this bundle.

It’s a unique way of advertising the game I never thought I’d see. So, if you’re interested, now is your chance.
