Fortnite is teaming up with the Star Wars franchise again. This time, the new content is coming to LEGO mode, Battle Royale, Fortnite Festival, and Rocket Racing starting on May 3rd, 2024.

LEGO Fortnite players can expect an intense Star Wars crossover. Playerswill have the opportunity to align with the Rebels, construct a Rebel Village, and protect it from the Empire using iconic Star Wars gear such as Lightsabers, Blasters, and even Thermal Detonators. To add to the excitement, committed players can earn rewards through the LEGO Pass: Rebel Adventure, allowing them to access Star Wars Builds and Decor. Those who opt for the Premium Reward Track can even transform into Chewbacca.

The announcement was mostly focused on other parts, though. The idea of new quests revolving around the collab in the classic Battle Royale mode is not new. Once again, we’re getting a mission based on it. Players can undertake a rescue mission to save Chewbacca from Imperial Roadblocks. Once freed, the loyal Wookiee will join the battle, supporting those who aided his rescue with his powerful Bowcaster. This allows you to get a free bodyguard to play until the end. Additionally, you can find special weapons from the Imperial Chests franchise.

For those who are fans of the dark side, Darth Vader and his Stormtroopers are making a comeback. Players will have the chance to face the Sith Lord, and if victorious, they will obtain his Lightsaber to battle other players. Additionally, Stormtroopers will wield their E-11 Blasters in the battle, expanding the available weapons on the island. Special Star Wars Quests will test players, and successful completion will reward them with Battle Pass Level Ups and the AWR Pack Back Bling.

Fortnite Festival has introduced a Mos Eisley Cantina-inspired stage, allowing players to create musical ensembles or simply relax to the tunes. By completing Star Wars Quests in Festival mode, players can unlock the Seven-String Hallikset Guitar cosmetic and receive Battle Pass Level-Ups.

Finally, Rocket Racing is introducing hyperspace-themed Quests with rewards such as the Energy Binders Trail, Anakin’s Podracer Decal, and the powerful Darth Maul Decal.

New Star Wars-themed Quests are also coming to Rocket Racing. Completing 7 of these Quests will give you Battle Pass experience, while completing a total of 14 earns the pod-racing-inspired Energy Binders Trail. You’ll also get the chance to unlock Anakin’s Podracer Decal and the Darth Maul Decal as rewards.

The Battle Royale and Fortnite Festival will end on May 14th at 9 AM ET, while Rocket Racing players have until May 20th at 9 PM ET to finish the Quests. The Item Shop will also offer various new Star Wars cosmetics, such as Dagobah Luke, Lando Calrissian, and the AWR Trooper, along with returning favorites like Boba Fett, Han Solo, Kylo Ren, and more.
